Questions shop owners ask
What does "no monthly rent" mean?
You pay a one-time setup fee and then a yearly AMC, instead of paying software rent every month. We host the software on our secure server and take care of hosting, backups and security. Your data always belongs to you, and you can get a full export anytime.
Can I send bills on WhatsApp?
Yes. Bills, quotations, credit notes, customer statements and payment receipts can all go on WhatsApp. In free mode the message opens ready and your staff taps Send, at no extra cost. For higher volume we can connect the official WhatsApp Business API so bills go out automatically (Premium).
Will billing stop if the internet goes down?
No. Billing keeps working offline. Sales are saved safely on the device and sync automatically when the internet is back. If a sale gets stuck, you can resend it in one click.
Can I sell loose items like sweets or dry fruits by weight?
Yes. Enter the exact weight in g or kg and the price is calculated. Price stickers from a weighing scale can be scanned directly, and you can create barcodes for loose items in one tap.
How does expiry tracking work for pharmacies?
Every medicine is tracked by batch and expiry date. The batch that expires first is sold first, and expired items are blocked at billing. Each batch can also have its own cost, selling price and MRP.
Can you move my data from Excel or old software?
Yes. Products, categories, brands and customers import from Excel or CSV, with photos. We do this migration for you during setup.
What hardware do I need?
Any standard thermal receipt printer and barcode scanner, including ones you already have. It runs on a computer, laptop or tablet. If you need new hardware, we'll suggest options for your budget.
Is AMC compulsory? What does it include?
Yes, because hosting, security and daily backups are part of it, just like any website needs hosting. It also includes updates, bug fixes and WhatsApp support. No separate hosting or domain to buy.
Will I get new features later?
Yes. The software gets regular updates, and recent ones added WhatsApp bills, quotations, store credit, batch-wise rates and online store sync. Existing customers get updates free under AMC. We test each update before installing it on your system.
I have more than one shop. Can I manage all of them?
Yes. Each shop has its own stock, sales and staff, controlled from one dashboard, with transfers between locations. We set this up in the Premium plan.
